TUGAS is a work platform that facilitates task, job, project, and knowledge management anywhere and anytime. User Management allows you to log in and log out from anywhere and anytime.

With Task Management, you can find tasks assigned to you as well as tasks you have assigned to your colleagues.

Project Management allows you to create new project schedules and find projects you are involved in. You can also discuss directly with colleagues or partners.

Knowledge Management enables you to share knowledge with colleagues and store important notes for yourself.

Communication is easier without switching platforms. Discuss work, tasks, and projects here.

Create memos as reminders for work with your colleagues.

Store and share all your knowledge with colleagues, and also access important knowledge shared by your colleagues.

Admins can find tasks/work reports submitted by each employee.

HRD can directly check the attendance/visits of employees anytime, anywhere, at any time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

On the home page of the application,

  • Enter your email
  • Enter the referral code (if any)
  • Click continue > Enter the OTP code sent to your email > verify

The OTP is automatically sent to your Email,

  • Check your email in the inbox menu, if it's not there, please check the spam folder. If it's still not there, click resend OTP code and check your email again.

You can enter the referral code on the home page when you first register. The referral code does not apply to users who are already registered on TUGAS.

This may happen for several reasons, including: the current application you are using has not been updated, please update or reinstall TUGAS on the play store.

  • If not logged in,
    Click the flag icon on the login page > choose the language you want to use.
  • After logging in,
    Click the profile menu > click the three dots (...) > click Language > choose the language you want to use.

Manage your profile easily

  • Change profile picture
    Click on your profile picture > select the photo you want to use as your profile picture.
  • Edit personal information
    Enter your name, email, phone number, ID number, or address that you want to update > save.
  • Change PIN
    Enter your old PIN > enter your new PIN > create.
